We currently have two options for importing a Campervan or Day Van from Japan.
1. Standard Import Service – £395 flat commision
We do everything up to the point where your vehicle arrives at port, then we put you in touch with RJJ freight who will help you clear the vehicle through customs and take the payment for the duty/VAT. Then you just need to fit a foglight to the vehicle and get it MOT’d and your ready to register it with the DVLA, fit number plates and your good to go.
2. Extended Import Service – £895 flat commission. *this may be a littler more if anything expensive at MOT time but should normally be 895 as Japan are excellent quality.
With this service we do all of the above, but we also collect the vehicle from port, get it ready for MOT, get the MOT done and dusted, register the vehicle with the DVLA and fit the number plates, then even drive it to your house for delivery to you!
Before we can bid, we do require a fully refundable £395 deposit, which can be paid via paypal or credit card, which ever you like, even bank transfer.
We are available until 11:30pm every night!

Firstly:
If you want more information on the vehicle – damage etc, then ask us for an auction sheet report translation, and that will give away any features or problems with the car.
Secondly:
with regards to seeing if there is any unforeseen damage or faults? ..that is what the technician inspectors that work for us are paid to do, we get them to walk around and physically/thoroughly check the vehicle before they bid, also lay down strict conditions for bidding – say certain interior features that need to be met for example it must have a fridge or a big bed in the back, or must have leather seats… etc.
If we threw a bid over to the auction house and then one of our guys suddenly found another problem with it, they would not bid.
We don’t bid wildly on vehicles in the auctions without knowing anything about them first, that would just be a daft lottery! Everything is checked thoroughly and translated so we have a full idea of the vehicle we are about to bid on and its worth.
If they are unlucky enough find a problem with it when its finally got to the export yard in Japan after purchase (very rare), and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the auction sheet, then they will either take it back to the auction house or get compensation for it to be repaired.
